* § 19 AbLaV (in force until 31.12.2015) stipulated that the ordinance expires 01.01.2016. At the time of publication of the levy for the year 2016 (15th October 2015) there was neither an extension of the existing regulation nor any intent on new ordinance with coming into force on 1.1.2016 foreseeable. Therefore TSOs does not publish levy for 2016.
